How can I return or exchange a product?

We offer a full money back guarantee within 90 days for any manufacturer’s defect. Our satisfaction guarantee allows you to send in your frame for full credit towards your next purchase if returned within the first 90 days. All returns need authorization. We have several locations. Please send an email to support@opticalnearme.com for authorization and a return address.

 

Can I get a refund?

All authorized returns will be credited in full for product only. Shipping costs may not be credited based on the situation.
