Our team has gone through great measures to ensure we only source the best quality frames and lenses. Our frame partners have all been carefully selected to ensure that all of our materials are sourced responsibly. All of our finished glasses are made and shipped from within the US. All orders are processed and shipped from within the U.S. Since each lens is custom made, the manufacturing times may vary. Typically, we can ship most orders within 5 business days.

Acetate

We recommend using a soft cloth and water for cleaning all frames. If you need to do a deeper cleaning, soft dish soap without harsh chemicals or fragrances is ideal. A home ultrasonic cleaner is also suitable. You will be assigned a local Optical Near ME partner optical if available. Most of our locations have the ability to clean your frames and lenses profesionally if needed.

Sustainable/ Handmade Frames

Our organic and homemade frames can be cleaned using the same methods described above. Please avoid harsh chemicals or cleaners on all frames including anything alcohol based.

Lenses

Lenses should be cleaned with extreme care due to the coatings we use to provide you with antiglare and weather protection. Please use a professional grade microfiber cloth which is designed for ophthalmic lenses and avoid lens cleaners with heavy amounts of alcohol.

All lenses and frames are covered by a money back guarantee. You can return your eyewear within 60 days for any error or defect in the lenses or frames. Returns for any other reasons are excepted for full store credit or exchange. Please send an email to support@opticalnearme.com for assistance with your returns requests
